    • Hi Charlie

Generally, this type of problem happens due to dirt in the unit, improper air adjustment that won’t provide sufficient heat to trip the sensors, and pellets may not be feeding into the auger properly due to any broken part.

First, clean your pellet stove, and then check the other issues and fix them if they are faulty.

If it doesn’t work, take help from a technician.

      Thanks

Low buzzing sound is not a matter of panic.

However, your pellet stove won’t srart due to one or more reasaons like lack of airflow, moist or poor quality pellets, a bad igniter, or gaskets issue.

Well, to fix the problem first, clean all the vents, inspect the gaskets & repair or replace them if needed.

Also, adjust the airflow or damper setting & air-to-pellet ratio.

If all these don’t prove effective, then, check the igniter & replace it if you get it faulty.

Hopefully, your problem will be solved.

      Wish you all the best!
