The sensor is located in the upper left corner of the electric fireplace. And an electric fireplace takes cool air through a side-mounted port.
To fix the buzzing noise, tighten all the nuts, screws, and bolts that may become loose. This noise usually comes when the fan’s motor run, it creates a jarring effect on the loose nuts, screws, and bolts and make such buzzing noise.

Hi my furrion comes on runs fine then will start flashing red light. I have wiped the areas of the sensor and air areas and blower them out. Any other ideas to keep it running longer should I have it on a certain temperature high or low?
