Step 2: Pull those connectors loose. Then, take the tilt switch out. Regarding this, go from the above holes and use a screwdriver to unfasten the screws that hold the switch in place. 

Step 3: Once you remove the tilt switch, replace it with a new one. Ensure you install it by having the tilt switch facing the inside of the heater. 

Step 4: Then, line up the tilt switch with the two screws and use your screwdriver to secure the screws. 

Step 5: Finally, reconnect the two wires with the tilt switch assembly to complete the installation.
