  • Press the Sleep Timer Up button to set the sleep timer.
  • After setting the timer, a countdown will begin. When the sleep timer reaches zero minutes, your fireplace will shut down automatically.
  • To cancel the sleep timer, press the Sleep Timer Down button till the sleep timer displays the number zero.

Child Lock Function

  • You’ll have to first remove the battery cover to access the Child Lock tab. To remove the battery cover, depress the tab on the battery cover that you’ll find on the back of your remote control.
  • To lock the remote transmitter, move the Child Lock tab to the right.
  • To unlock the remote transmitter, move the Child Lock tab to the left.
  • Now, replace the battery cover of your remote control.

If you need to quickly adjust something using the remote control, you can temporarily disable the Child Lock function with your remote control. When the backlight of your remote controller is illuminated, Child Lock is bypassed. When the backlight is off, the Child Lock is reactivated.
